Open Team Tournament Registration – New York

The Open Team Tournament Division of the NYTBF offers 3 tournaments on some of the finest waters NY has to offer.
You need not be a New York TBF member to fish.

Tournaments are 5 fish limits so anglers can choose to fish as a team or fish alone.

Entry fees for the Open tournaments are $210 per team which includes a $10 lunker (+ $8 Paypal Fee) for teams registered and paid by midnight the Tuesday before the tournament date. Teams may also register the morning of the tournament, in that case, the entry fee is $240 per team. On-site registered teams will need to fillout/provide entry forms and waivers at the launch. If registering on-site, please allow extra time before takeoff as entries will close approximately 1/2 hour prior to takeoff.

Boat starting order will be done by random draw prior to takeoff.

TBF State Federation Participant Waiver

By checking this box, I/we have read and understand the participant waiver including all rules and regulations for my/our participation in this tournament. In agreeing to this application, and by my/our presence at the event, I/we hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all event rules and safety regulations. I/we expressly assume all risks associated with the events and I/we hereby release The Bass Federation, Inc., (TBF) its parent, and affiliate companies, its licensees and affiliates, including their affiliated State Federations, and Clubs and all their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and stockholders, the tournament hosts, sponsors and tournament officials from all claims of death, injury and or property damage incurred in connection with their events. If I am using a boat during the official practice days or during the tournament, I certify that I now have or will obtain prior to the event, property damage watercraft liability insurance having a limit of at least $300,000.00. Said insurance must be issued by a reputable insurer and must cover injury and/or damage incurred in connection with a tournament. Upon request, I will provide satisfactory evidence of that insurance. I/we hereby waive my/our rights of privacy or publicity with regard to the unconditional right to use my/our name(s), voice(s), photographic likeness(es), video(s) and biographical information, fishing tips and instructions in connection with any reproduction of same, video audio productions and or articles and press releases by NYTBF, National TBF, its parent or affiliate companies, and those acting under their permission, anywhere at any time, through any medium or media. I/we shall not be entitled to receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with such use. I/we further understand and agree that the tournament officials reserve the right to reject my/our application for any reason. I/we am/are currently a member/members in good standing of my home state federation, an affiliated TBF member club, and the TBF. I/we agree if I/we qualify for a State Team, The Federation National Championship or any other event representing TBF to use any and all "Official" products and equipment so specified and provided, and be bound by the terms and conditions of a STATE TEAM CONTRACT, if applicable. I/we further understand that if I am a boater I am required to provide proof of insurance prior to the start of any and all events. I understand that if I am a co-angler, I am responsible for any damage done to the boat, by me or while it is under my control. *
