The NYTBF offers two competitive divisions.
Adult (Points) Division
Membership is open to anglers 16 and older.
Anglers can win prize money, State Championship and AOY Titles, and also punch their ticket to the represent the NY State at the TBF Semi National held every September. Here the top angler and co angler from NY state qualify to fish the prestigious no entry fee TBF National Championship.
Collegiate Division
Membership is open to all college students who are part of their respective college/university fishing team/club.
Anglers fish for prizes (paid to the Club through their respective College/University).
Anglers who fish a qualifying events can participate in the prestigious NY State Collegiate Cup Championship event held in September of every year.
